TierPoint people first. Work/life balance is primary here and everyone really cares about that balance. There are opportunities to grow and advance. There's so much happening, we're never short of opportunities to try new things.

Cons

Because there is always so much going on, the company is learning to manage priorities. This is an ongoing process and can be stressful.
