Working with the Solutions Engineering & Architecture team at TierPoint is great as the team is highly collaborative, helpful and focused on solving customer issues. My peers are quick to offer suggestions and assistance when creating solutions. I have strong support from leadership who are engaged and work to foster an open and positive working environment. At TierPoint I have the freedom and flexibility to perform my role without overbearing management.

Cons

Sometimes our process slows down delivery of a proposed solution. Our systems are not always easy to use. There is a ton of information available on product options and offerings, but it isn't always easily attainable and organized.

Pros

Lots to benefit from at TierPoint, lots of technologies to work with, lots of people you can learn from, and lots of clients with varied needs, so that you have a broad view of the industry.

Cons

No major cons specific to the company. As any company grows more corporate, there will be an increasingly stiff environment and increasingly artifical attempts at creating group identity. This is not a big deal, and is standard for when a company grows to a certain point. Other than that very minor annoyance, the company doesn't have much to consider a con.
