* The people are what make TierPoint great. You get to work with genuine, good people who are skilled at their jobs and who really care about delivering great service to customers. * Open lines of communication with managers/management * Generous benefit package * Opportunities for growth through additional training in your field and promotion * Strong company values

Cons

* Pay is sometimes low end of average, but getting better with pay transparency

Pros

Collaboration with core team is good. Interesting work for the most part.

Cons

Pay is barely adequate and annual raises are insulting. Healthcare benefits are expensive. Immediate management has no clue and there is little chance for advancement or movement to other positions.

The cost cutting is possible, but not when combined with lack of growth.

Cons

Without growth, cost cutting will only drive down performance.
