      Great place to make an impact while still prioritizing family

      Pros

      The company runs lean, which means everyone rolls up their sleeves and works hard. You can see the direct impact of your contributions, and there’s a real sense of ownership in the work. At the same time, leadership genuinely respects work-life balance — family always comes first. It’s rare to find a culture where high performance and personal priorities are both valued.

      Cons

      Because the team is lean, the pace can be demanding at times and priorities shift quickly. It’s important to be adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
