The checks always clear on time.

Cons

Toxic leadership which have fully embraced the concept of 'Do what I say and not what I do.' Every year expectations vastly increase while cost of living raises and benefits decrease. Culture has evolved into a c-jerk where everyone is motivated by fear of losing their job. Absolutely no room for career growth besides the nepotism out of SLO.
