      Pros

      After working at TP for three weeks, I have experienced nothing but a collaborative, supportive, and genuine work culture. Everyone is easy to work with and open to sharing new ideas - which is refreshing!

      Great Company, Great Culture

      Pros

      Working with the Solutions Engineering & Architecture team at TierPoint is great as the team is highly collaborative, helpful and focused on solving customer issues. My peers are quick to offer suggestions and assistance when creating solutions. I have strong support from leadership who are engaged and work to foster an open and positive working environment. At TierPoint I have the freedom and flexibility to perform my role without overbearing management.

      Cons

      Sometimes our process slows down delivery of a proposed solution. Our systems are not always easy to use. There is a ton of information available on product options and offerings, but it isn't always easily attainable and organized.
