Pros

I've been here for a while and while it's not perfect, it's a much less chaotic environment than I'm used to. Everyone pitches in to get things done without worrying about individual egos, just taking care of the customer. Also rare for the IT space is senior management taking a long term approach to success, not just trying to build up the company for a quick flip. Strongly recommend working here.

Cons

Between a very distributed workforce and COVD changes, there isn't as much opportunity to see my peers face to face, but I don't think that's unique to TierPoint.

Pros

TierPoint has been a wonderful place to work for the past 3 years and I look forward to many more. Pay and benefits are generous, leadership is always focused on the employee and customer experience, and the people here are wonderful. As I advance in my career here, I have worked in more than one department, and the leaders I have had are extremely supportive of my development.

Cons

At times it feels as though we are growing faster than we can keep up with, which is a good problem to have, but sometimes puts a strain on our teams.
