Great work life balance. Great employees to work with. They care about their employees and their employee involvement within the community. Advancement possible.

Cons

Depending on the area that you work in, there may be a limit to the title changes available but there isn't a restriction on increases based on your titel.

I really enjoy the culture at this company. There are professional development strategies for employees and I feel like there's a lot of assitance from management to help new hires succeed and feel welcome. The hours are flexible and I've felt that the company has encouraged a stable work/life balance. I like working for a forward-looking company on the cutting edge of new technologies

Cons

Personally, my only complaint is that it's a longer commute than other jobs I've had.
