      Small family like work environment, very autonomous work. Opportunity to make position your own.

      Little to no room for advancement opportunities. Ever hear of the saying to many Chiefs, not enough Indians? TU has a large discrepancy between the many entry-level workers that wear many hats and keep the doors open and the administration that micromanage them.
