There are a few good students.

Cons

Tiffin creates an environment where students expect an A in every course, just for doing work regardless of whether the work deserves it. Department Chair sided with students who complained they deserved higher grades. No academic rigor expected. Largely felt like a pay-for-degree university. Pay is low but no real prep work required as courses are already designed.

This place has become my second family. Especially the students, every one is very welcoming and accepting. Love this job!

Cons

There are not a lot of challenges. Great support from the administration and the communication seems great here. Really nothing bad to say!
