      Pros

      Convenient, decent pay, the classes are easy to teach and the accommodations at the different schools are quite nice and easy to access.

      Cons

      The classes are few and far between. I haven't had a course to teach in over a year. Enrollment is down and the school seems to care more about making money than proper education.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with students and many of the staff members in my department. Everyday brought a new challenge, and the work is rewarding.

      Cons

      Many of the departments work in their own "silos," which makes interdepartmental cooperation difficult. Also, the pressure from the leadership can be overwhelming and counterproductive.
