      Pros

      Flexibility and Leadership Opportunities. The NCAA Division II Athletics field was a great experience learning how to mesh and lead other individuals within the working environment. The culture within the university itself was amazing! Great employee support and great leaders within each division.

      Cons

      Takes time to handle situation with the compliance office because they don't have enough people on staff handling the Athletic Compliance needs.

      It was a nice place to work. The co-workers and everyone in the admissions office kept the work experience great

      Cons

      Not much cons here. Just that the position did not really allow for upward advancement. But other than that, it was fine
