Pros

Wonderful and friendly staff to work with. Coworkers continually support one another and the opportunity to get a degree for free while working full-time is a great benefit. Everyone is understanding of each other and an individual does not need to feel guilty for taking a day off of work for any reason.

Cons

Salary is not high enough for staff members. Location of university is in a town that is designed for individuals that already have a family.

Fun people to work with as the office is small.

Cons

With any call center it can be tiring chasing empty leads. There are a lot of people that do not want to come to the school that you call and so you face a lot of rejection. Can get very boring at times to doing the same repetitive thing over and over.
