Nice work culture - People are very friendly and help each other. Very good work - life balance. Flexible timings makes it more easy for employees. Flat hierarchy - There is no hierarchy present in the company Scope to learn - Lot of opportunities to learn and improve the technical skills Smart peers - Colleagues are talented and smart

1. Organization devoid of hierarchy for day-to-day business delivery which allows for greater horizontal and vertical knowledge transfer. 2. Flexibility in working from home and office timings which are essential for boosting the work-productivity. 3. Friendly peers 4. Allows a fresher to pick up data science and engg tools during the training, which is fairly systematic. 5. The small size allows for greater bonding and interaction.

Cons

1. Disproportionately higher focus on retention of employees may affect the quality of workforce in long term. 2. skewed sex ratio (possibly because of its Chennai location)
