1) They have a very strong core(Technical skill and domain expertise) and are now investing in the outer layer (sales, marketing, ops the whole shebang) to take the company to the next level 2) Company is continuously evolving as the size of the company and the industry itself grows. 3) Employee are really really well taken care off (at least the Chennai Office.) in terms compensation benefits, work life balance, office incentives etc. It is very evident in their travel policies and other incentives as well. 4) best and lowest attrition rate you could get in the industry. 5) Very Very nice peer group. 6) Excellent training material 7) Very open to any suggestions to make things better for employee.
