      Pros

      he product surface area is genuinely interesting. You get to work across positioning, GTM strategy, and content for products that solve real technical problems. Leadership gives you room to own your lanes and make strategic calls rather than just executing on a brief. The pace is fast but the work is substantive. If you want to be close to the product and shape how the market sees it, this is a strong place to do that.

      Cons

      It's a growing company, so processes and team structures are still taking shape. That ambiguity can be energizing if you like building the plane while flying it, but it also means you'll sometimes need to define your own guardrails. Cross-functional coordination can take extra effort when things move quickly.

      Pros

      I’ve had a lot of ownership here, which is probably the biggest plus. You get to work on genuinely hard problems (data infra, databases, etc.), and there’s a lot of trust from leadership to drive things forward. The engineering team is strong, and you get pretty direct exposure to customers, which makes the work feel meaningful. If you like building from scratch and figuring things out, this is a good place to be.

      Cons

      The team is growing and there’s a lot of momentum, so things can move quickly and priorities can evolve. That said, it also creates opportunities to step up, take initiative, and shape how things are built as the company scales.

      Pros

      - Smart, fun and caring people across all departments. - Solid financial position - Strong product with open source version widely known and used. Built on Postgres which is the clear winner in the database market. - Remote with flexible schedule but with regular team offsites to meet people in person - Transparency: results shared broadly with the company every month so everyone knows where we are

      Cons

      None that I can think of from my perspective but it's a startup in a rapidly evolving market. As a result it is fast paced with plenty of challenges and ambiguity. That excites me but it's not for everyone.
