      Pros

      Timescale's mission is unbeatable. The company and people care deeply about where Timescale is headed and how to best achieve its goals.

      Cons

      It's a small company and resources are extremely limited. Recent layoffs affected quite a few people, effectively destroying the morale of most of the company. Hopefully, things turn around soon.

      Sharp, friendly individuals with lots of experience AND egos are checked at the door, very much a team dynamic and environment, decisions are calculated, people always come first, work/life balance is incredible.

      Not a con, but a challenge: how do you retain this culture as we quickly expand the team?

      Great technology and market fit. They would do really well based on the product and customer base if they could capitalize on the pros they have.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership and direction. Too much politics and peacocking for a <100 person organization.
