      - Fantastic team - Unlimited PTO and fun offsite meetings - Solid pay - Great company culture overall

      Cons

      - Brutal / unnecessary layoffs - Marketing / sales team trying to keep up with a constantly changing product - Very international company so lots of early/late meetings

      Pros

      Room to take on responsibility, fast growing, great people to work and hang out with, interesting technical problems and smart people with whom to work on figuring them out.

      Cons

      Still growing and figuring out some processes, so if you like intense structure, probably not the place for you, startup compensation means some of it will come later (stock options etc), which means there's upside, but also have to have some risk tolerance.

      - You get to work with extremely knowledgable, personable coworkers - It's a great opportunity to join an early stage startup with immense potential for growth - Your ideas get to be heard and actually implemented which is not something that happens often at larger corporations - Option to work from home/flexible working hours (there are several full-time remote employees too) BONUS: the NYC team has a new, bright office space in Midtown

      Cons

      - If you are not used to working in a startup environment, it may be harder for you to adjust to the pace/lifestyle (alternatively, you might really like it!)
