      The talent that the company does manage to attract is genuinely world-class. You will work alongside some incredibly smart, dedicated, and capable individuals. Furthermore, the core technology or product concept itself is genuinely interesting and has significant market potential, if only the organizational structure could stabilize.

      Cons

      The primary issue at this company is a deep-seated identity crisis that permeates all strategic decisions. Priorities change monthly, sometimes weekly, leaving teams constantly scrambling to pivot without a clear, defined mission or long-term product vision.
