TCCA has done an incredible job of making sure employees feel supported amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Given the heightened stress and uncertainty over the last year, leadership has gone above and beyond to address concerns and provide opportunities and resources for balancing WFH and well-being. I can't express enough how appreciative I am to work for a company that puts employees and their livelihoods as a top priority.
