They give you good insurance and give you free outdated cheese.

Cons

Management doesn’t value employees, they want “yes sir” employees. They will work you to death if you let them and have the hard workers carry the lazy ones and still complain about your work not being good enough. Management covers for each other and they don’t want to rock the boat fearing they won’t be a member of the good ol boy’s club!!! Good employees mean nothing to them. Their actions will tell you everything!!! Make this your last resort!!

Pros

This 100+ year old company is proof that even in traditional industries, there is always room for great social consciousness, workplace flexibility, and employee-centric policies. I've been consistently impressed by Tillamook in my time with this company, they stand by their values and genuinely care about creating an amazing place to work for employees. In turn, I feel motivated to dedicate myself to investing in and growing with this company for years to come.

Cons

Staying connected to multiple locations and audiences during a pandemic is tough, but the team is doing an amazing job of finding creative solutions and seeking/responding to feedback from employees.
