If your not home grown they will run you out. HR is home grown, parents worked at factory in the union and always sided with union workers on every dispute, Management mostly hired from outside the community and resented for it. Union workers team up to tear down The management that wasnt home grown. They will lie and throw a wrech in everything they can to sabotage success. HR and the home grown managers let them do it. I do not recomend this place to anyone whose born and breed in Tillamook for any possition. Heard and seen the same things from many people in different rolls at the factory
