- Well positioned company powering e-commerce for major multinational brands (see on website) - Smart collaborative people that are fun to work with + recent hiring of some new leadership - Significant growth over the last couple of years with big growth plans in the short term = opportunity for awesome team members to contribute and grow with.

Cons

- Growth = growing pains (true everywhere). There are some operational, process, org wrinkles to iron out.

- Great work enviornment and plenty of work that needs to be done - Communication is spot on and there are opportunities to share your thoughts on blocks and issues

Cons

- None at the moment. Looking forward to working with the company and seeing where it is in the next few years as data and transaction software become more status quo.
