Pros

Tillster can (still) become a real business because its products, if done right, do have a substantial market worldwide. Building, marketing and selling can potentially be fun and lucrative but CEO planning, decision making and delegation is absolutely atrocious. The window is fast closing though.

Cons

It starts and ends with the Perse Faily the CEO- she does not know how to either lead or get out of the way. She has surrounded herself with yes-women and men who are afraid to say the "emperor has no clothes". Moreover, she has no regard for people and treats them worse than her dogs. All in all a VERY bad deal. She should go away - that is the only chance this company has of making it

Opinions are heard and valued, even if not acted on. The responsibility you take up becomes the role you fill, there are no artificial limits to your ability to contribute. A growing culture of curiosity.

Cons

Many positive changes are happening, though they may appear slowly since the companies products are in world wide production.

There is a market there - IF the company can create a common software architecture that all customers could run on

Cons

Tillster has probably more than 100% turnover a year, to the point that entire project teams now do not have a single engineer left that worked on the project last year. None of the execs seems to think it’s even a problem. Tillster treats their employees like cattle, to be moved from project to project at a minutes notice, and to be fired at any time without notice. Folks have been walked out on the spot after killing themselves for the company, folks have been relocated from out of state just to get cut loose without notice or severance. Funniest part of all, if somebody quits, folks are astounded and ask “why?”.
