Visual hours are set mon-fri Overall visual department is organized Good benefits

Cons

Managers that have been with company for many years have gotten comfortable and get by by doing the bare minimum Management is more petty and immature than the 16-20 year olds they hire

Pros

Discount is alright only 20% but you can't use it on top of promotions. 40% twice a year but a 200$ limit Friends Laid back dress code

Cons

Little pay for a RIDICULOUS amount of work and stress. Unprofessional management and corporate. Pressure is put on associates to get people signed up for the rewards program but then corporate says not to pressure them but if they don't see results then they come down on you. Makes no sense.
