      fun place to work with a lot of b.s. to put up with

      Pros

      The atmosphere is fun. You can wear casual clothes to work, and watch pop music videos on the tvs all day. 1 week paid vacation per year starting after 90 days of hire, Benefits are good too.

      Cons

      Expectations are unreasonable at times. Company puts more emphasis on visual representation of the store than customer service. Employee is discount is only 20% which is low considering competitor discount is 30% and 50% coupons per month (Pac Sun).

      Pros

      i would have to say i have met some pretty good friends well working here. Fun when its slow, we joke on the walkies. Every time i need a day off they always give it to me and are willing to change your schedule( only if you are friends with manager though). Also we work really hard at what we do so i feel proud when we make daily goals, and knowing other competing stores hate us for our visuals and how much income we get every day.

      Cons

      This store is all about kissing up and secrets and thats not how a business should be ran. Everytime we have a visit from our DM our managers stress every one out and yell. Gets old real quick, they dont pay me enough to feel that way. Discount sucks too. Getting promoted is like impossible here. we have had so many people quit...instead of promoting someone from the inside who has been there for so long, they always end up hiring friends from outside.

      Company itself ok, but make sure you have good management

      Pros

      Amount of clothing selection, flexibility on hours. Some stores also sell kids clothing. My job itself was a lot of fun.

      Cons

      depending on the store, very poor management. The employees think they have leverage or pull over the managers. When an employee has a complaint, the managers dont care, nor do the district managers. Stay away from Northern CA area stores, go to San Francisco/East Bay area
