The company is bankrupt and being sold to ITG Communications, which means they can't keep hurting people.

Cons

Where to start? Corrupt senior leadership with an inability to make sound and thoughtful decisions, zero oversight which led to poor field work, and constantly blaming Gigapower when it was really their fault. They never took the blame for all the horrible decisions they made. Look in the mirror. It wasn't Gigapower, it was you.
