Pros

Very high proportion of skilled and dedicated employees, with an atmosphere of relatively minimal drama. Management is entirely devoid of Pointy-Haired Bosses, consisting instead of talented and engaged individuals who respect their employees. Client projects are frequently interesting challenges with opportunities for skill growth. Underperforming / unengaged / difficult-to-work-with employees tend not to last long.

Cons

Overwork is common - due to understaffing, inadequate scoping, and/or aggressively competitive bids. Long-term planning for business and revenue growth exists and is effective, but tends to overlook realities of day-to-day operational needs.

Thank you for the positive review and recommendation. We do try and avoid being a place where Dilbert resonates, and to be a place where high performers get to work with other high performers. We have stepped up our hiring/opened new positions to have more capacity for operations.

Pros

Where to start? The company itself is a certified SDVOSB company, meaning - in diversity/layman's terms - that it is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. This is a cert that is distributed by the government, and not something you can simply pay a fee to some organization in order to have. The owner himself is VERY hands on, which is a pro in my opinion, and the senior/executive staff are all hands on as well. HR has an open door policy and never avoids a phone call or email, and my manager is OUTSTANDING. The benefits are amazing, the best I have ever had - who has ever heard of having 3 weeks MANDATORY paid time off AND 10 holidays per year? Having health insurance available in a matter of days within my start instead of waiting months? Not here. Plus, it is nice to have health insurance that I can afford. There is absolutely no walls in regards to titles - everyone's opinion matters, and is considered an action item from the entire senior staff. Yes, it's a relatively young company (less than 10 years old), but it reflects the sign of the times. I see nothing but greatness for this company.

Cons

In my opinion at this point, the only negative thing I have to say is that I won't be around for it's 100th anniversary.
