Company does not support employee growth

Pros

Flexible (remote) work location allowed.

Cons

Company does not provide regular reviews to evaluate performance and establish goals. There is no opportunity to review compensation increase. One compensation increase in my three years working there. Bringing up the topic to management and they just deliver generic response to consider. There is no discussion of promotion or other opportunities.

Pros

When I joined Tilson in 2018 it was a much difference place. A once prominent company built to last, has been turned into a sinking ship. They used to offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities to grow in your position, and appreciated their employees via team building activities and culture building events. And then Kelly Brewer left and Darrell Ingram took over, which took Tilson into the negative place it is today by hiring all of his friends from the previous company they destroyed called Nexius. NO Reviews, No Raises, No appreciation! You are just a number to them, anything good you have heard about Tilson is DEAD!

Cons

No reviews, no raises, no career growth, and no employee appreciation. You will be working in the boiler room of the titanic and your only job will be to keep the lights on as long as possible until the ship sinks. Upper leadership will ride away on their lifeboats, only to infect another company and sink that ship while being the largest overhead on the payroll. Upper leadership has no accountability of their own actions, and they will be promoted for their incompetency. It's frustrating that Josh Broder watches from his Tilson Infrastructure tower as the people that helped build his company are brushed aside as a nuisance. The "Chief Employee Officer" has fallen short time and time again, and is unwilling to hear the tough questions and instill positive change at Tilson!

Pros

Good Pay, remote work, and military programs

Cons

Favoritism, micromanaging, poor leadership, individualism, zero team work. Never felt part of the team because I was constantly being looked over my shoulder. Made a couple of mistakes that I corrected and was still reprimanded for it.
