I honestly cant think of any.....very toxic environment

Cons

This place will expect you to work all day and all night to make up for the 15 meetings they have all day trying to figure out and attempt to be telecom consultants and an engineering firm. Not to mention the pathetic performance in construction management. If practical telecom is what your experienced in stay away from the chaos and avoid having way too many inexperienced managers throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. Tilsons definition of technology is to hire more managers who know nothing about the industry and to put band-aids over band-aids. Sad because the Salt lake team had some talent but they continue to lose the good people

No one can force you to work at Tilson.

Cons

Management, communication, the false idea that there is an open door policy to express your concerns. The extra layers of management to cover for weak management.

Tilson does have an Open Door policy but like all Open Door policies, they are not to be confused with an anonymous reporting option like our Ethics and Safety line. Company is great at posting 5 star reviews for themselves on Glassdoor. Beware of perfect scores. Traveling, take home company vehicles is a nice perk.

Cons

Pay is below industry average for a field engineer in my opinion
