CEO and management listen to ideas; delegate responsibility and are willing to try different things. Company culture is focused on personal and professional growth like no other I've worked for in 30+ years. Work environment is upbeat and exciting.

Thanks for the positive feedback, and good call out that the pace and intensity of what we are doing is not for everyone. We are trying to communicate that to folks during the interview process to find the right fit. I think the culture will stay good if we can keep focusing on that fit by being candid in the interview process.

Pros

Tilson is a great company to work for. Tilson is a place were you can work with the best and brightest. You'll never feel like your just a number in a cubicle, you will interact with everyone from the CEO down all of the time! It's also a business that knows it's employees are it's most important asset. You will be taken care of, and genuinely feel like the company and management cares for you. It's so much fun to walk onto a job site or into a customer's office and have them smile at you, because their just happy to see you and know you're there to help!

Cons

Not too many honestly. It can be a tough place to work if you aren't committed, and don't love what you're doing. If you love being a part of a team that gets stuff done and makes a difference this is the place for you.
