Pros

I have had the good fortune to be associated with Tilson for about a year. I have had a long and rewarding career, but never really found what I considered to be the perfect fit--until I found Tilson. Tilson offers tremendous opportunities for personal growth. Every employee is integral to the overall success of the Company, and each feels a sense of purpose. We revel in our successes together, and we confront and overcome challenges together. Our culture is truly one of inclusion.

Cons

For me the only con is that I didn't find Tilson years earlier. But then again, because I didn't I now have a better appreciation for what I have found.

Pros

The location of being in downtown Portland, ME. Able to walk around the old port and have free parking in the best garage in the Old Port.

Cons

The management is a little poor. Tilson has been growing so fast that they're having a hard time keeping up with demand that they put on themselves.

Pros

If you know what you are doing you are allowed to do it. Experience and knowledge are valued. Tilson wants and encourages critical thinking. You will be working with individuals who bring their "A" game every day. They are there to support you and expect the same level of support in return. Excellent salary and benefits with a true concern for maintaining competitive compensation. Consistent focus on employee welfare and career satisfaction.

Cons

There are no cons if you are a dedicated hard working professional. IF you have an issue, speak up. Management will listen.
