Pros

- I Personally Work as a Baker, meaning I get early morning hours. that means i get home early, and still have basically my whole day to myself. - My starting wage was 8.75, 60c above the $8.15 Ohio minimum.

Cons

- Its a time sensitive and fast paced environment, resulting in stressful situations. - Because of they're similarity to fast food, they are always desperate for help. this means that co-workers may be sub-par in comparison to the majority of the united states workforce.
