Pros

You get to do everything, cashier, sandwiches, drive through, etc. The only position I never did was baking. Depending on the hours you get and the people you work with, the job can be fun.

Cons

It's repetitive and it hurts. I've so many burn bruises from the hot coffees and teas and management is rather unsympathetic about it. They don't stock their first aid kits enough. Floor is real slippery too.
