Aside from having some cool coworkers, there aren't any.

Cons

They will blatantly discriminate against you for the disability you told them about in the interview, because somebody decided they don't like you. They will take that one person's word, and then force you do follow a rule that nobody else who does the same thing you're doing because of your DISABILITY has to do. Also, the better at your job you are, the more they take advantage of you, and treat you like garbage.

nice staff ( for the most part) coffee is alright. THAT'S IT

I worked with kids all day who didn't want to work, terrible management, TONS OF GOSSIP, TALKING BEHIND EVERYONES BACK, rules and standards changed every other week, no tips allowed and upper level staff treated you like slum. PRICES ARE UPPED EVERY OTHER MONTH.. NEED I GO ON?

Abusive environment. Manager was always finding something I was doing wrong and would ignore answering my questions. A simple mistake escalated into being screamed at. Even customers asked if I was okay a few times when they witnessed it.
