*I have been with Timberland Partners for a little over a year now and I have nothing bad to say about them. They truly care about their employees with ongoing training if you want to move up or go in a different direction. Great pay and benefits (and great PTO and 401k plans). You can easily get a hold of the home office in Bloomington, MN if you need something. They are very interactive with everyone that works for them. CEO, Robert Fransen cares about everyone who works for him and makes a big effort to meet everyone at some point and is very down to earth and very inspiring!

Pros

Great company provides amazing support to their employees. So many training opportunities, internal promotions, and everyone is amazingly supporting and willing to help with anything. The pay is also exceptional, definitely when compared to other companies operating in our current market.

Cons

Only con I could even think of to mention is that they expect a lot from their employees, so the job is certainly not for those looking for a job that doesn’t require much.
