Pros

TP truly cares about you as an individual when it comes to success. They provide weekly training and ongoing learning opportunities as well as a program to advance to higher positions. Good pay and bonus incentives. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Benefits are average for the industry, could be better.

Too much drama

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexibility, Friendship with co workers, Regional manager was decent

Cons

Pay is terrible. There is so much drama between the properties trying to beat each other with who’s doing better. Management belittles you and if you speak out about it you are punished by being pushed out of your job.
