This is a company that puts time, money and effort into the people they know are valuable. they have a good structure overall for promotions and highly encourage and help people achieve their goals. It will vary a little by property of course but overall,.TP has great benefits, great balance, very competitive pay and is overall a great place to work.

Cons

Not many opportunities or growth outside of site based work but that is the industry. You can’t afford to live at the locations you’re working at.
