Pros

The commission is very good. Being a leasing agent is very easy (depending on your property) Very easy to reach out to corporate with questions, comments or concerns.

Cons

If part time, benefits suck. I’ve worked at multiple companies and this is the first time where the % off rent is not the same for part time and full time. I feel bad for anyone who is PT Honestly just kinda feel like I’m here. My personal community manager is amazing but the company as a whole seems.. ok. Without my community manager this would be a 3 star review. Also, the need to stick within the budget 100% or else is a bit frightening.

We appreciate you taking time out of your day to write a review on glassdoor. We recently revised our incentive structure, making it simple to understand. The target is 15% of a team member's compensation. We will also be processing incentives for each pay period, instead of monthly. Please send an email to HR@TimberlandPartners.com to let us know more about what specific benefits would be helpful as a Part-Time team member. We do offer 401K participation and looking for additional ways to be a premier employer. Also, if you assist the community, not during your working hours, again, let us know. We need to ensure that you receive compensation for that time. Thank you for salting and helping with the snow! I appreciate you and thank you for helping to keep our residents safe!
