Pros

The only saving grace here is the people I got to work alongside. Despite everything, I met some truly wonderful and talented individuals, but even that couldn't make up for how awful working here has been.

Cons

- TimelyCare is one of the most oppressive and harmful places I have ever experienced. Employees are constantly abused, overworked, and exploited. - The culture glorifies extreme hours and pushing past your limits, while actual efficiency and results are ignored and unrewarded. - Talented employees are overlooked because the company obsesses over metrics, completely disregarding anything that cannot be measured. - Managers are hostile, demanding, and cruel. They harass staff, bully people into meeting impossible demands, and treat employees like personal servants. - Work-life balance does not exist. Long hours and unbearable workloads leave no time for anything outside of work. - TimelyCare has been one of the worst places I have ever worked. Applying here was a huge mistake, and the experience has been both exhausting and demoralizing.

Pros

There were kind and supportive coworkers who make the workplace better.

Cons

A lot of preferential treatment and blatant favoritism. Those who were working hard and diligently don't get the acknowledgment and salary raise they deserved and I'm one of them! It felt terrible how we're overlooked and neglected when we're the ones working too hard!

I had the chance to work alongside some genuinely great people who made the experience somewhat bearable.

Cons

- The company praises long hours over actual results, ignoring those who get work done efficiently. - Talented employees are routinely overlooked despite their contributions and the help they provide to others. - Hard work and real skill are barely recognized, while the focus remains on tracking meaningless metrics. - The constant obsession with numbers instead of meaningful achievement creates frustration and leaves capable employees feeling undervalued.
