      Working at TimelyCare doesn't feel like a job, it's fulfilling an important mission (to improve the health & well-being of students). For the first time in my career, I feel like my professional expertise contributes to a solution that makes the world a better place. This is a great environment for people who are genuinely nice, collaborative , passionate and fun.

      Cons

      It's a fast-growing company that requires employees to be nimble, flexible, and stretch.

      Pros

      Mission-driven, strong culture, amazing people, and great benefits. TimelyCare is the best company I've worked for. I truly feel valued as an employee and I've been empowered to grow in my career. Learning and development is a priority here. The level of support from my manager, team members, and leadership is unmatched. As a working mom I am grateful for a healthy work-life balance and the flexibility of my role. As an advocate for mental health I couldn't be more pleased with the company's commitment to our team's overall health and well being.
