Pros

Clear mission and exposure to healthcare partnerships.

Cons

The role places heavy emphasis on outbound volume without adequate consideration for market readiness or lead quality. Targets are aggressive, scripts change frequently, and feedback focuses almost entirely on numbers. Support is limited once goals are assigned, which makes it difficult to improve strategically. The pressure to perform overshadows collaboration and long-term relationship building.

Pros

If you’re looking for a place where the people are genuinely smart, kind, and mission-driven, TimelyCare is hard to beat. The work can move fast, but you’re surrounded by teammates who know what they’re doing and actually care. It’s a culture where collaboration isn’t just a buzzword. People really show up for each other. Pay and benefits are solid, and leadership deserves credit for being transparent about it. Raises happen automatically every year (no games or awkward negotiations), and bonuses are clear and fair. When the company hits over 100% of its goals for example, employees actually get rewarded for it. Not every company does that. There’s a healthy mix of purpose and practicality here. They know you can’t have a mission without also keeping the lights on.

Cons

The tracking software is the biggest miss. For some roles it makes sense, but measuring hours instead of outcomes doesn’t fit a place full of high performers. It can end up rewarding busywork and punishing efficiency. The focus should really be on results, not time spent staring at a screen. The CEO recently started doing skip-level meetings, which was a nice effort to connect with employees. It felt a little formal, but it’s still great to see that kind of access at lower levels, most companies don’t even try. Next time, it’d be great if those chats were more conversational and gave people a chance to share their ideas or passions.
