I started at Timely back in 2019, and was one of the first 20 full-time hires. It has been a great experience - building out a new platform that will truly help students in need. The engineers I work with on a daily basis are gifted, intelligent, and passionate about their work. In fact, the entire company culture is very open and honest - a really good group of people with which to work

Cons

There are not many downsides to working here. Our CTO and the founders understand that we are humans and take care to help us when needed. They've built a strong culture here at Timely.

The leadership at TimelyMD is amazing! They value the opinions of all employees and care not only about the work that is being done, but also about each employee's personal life. I cannot say enough great things about working here. The people are amazing, the culture is fantastic, and the work is meaningful. As an employee, I feel supported and very much enjoy working as part of this team.

Cons

Not much. It's a start-up which means the pace is fast and there are certainly growing pains, but overall being a part of that growth is what makes it an exciting company to work for.
