I’ve been with a lot of companies in my career and this one is the best I’ve ever worked for. This company truly cares about every employee. Very supportive management/executives. I feel that my voice is heard and my opinion is valued. Tough decisions have to be made sometimes. I’ve felt that the company has handled tough situations very well, being as transparent as they could be.

Cons

Same as any other company. Nobody is perfect. There are always little interdepartmental skirmishes anywhere you go. But management does a great job working together to resolve issues quickly.

Supportive leadership team! The leadership team at TimelyCare is not only approachable but also genuinely invested in the well-being and success of their employees. Their guidance and support create a motivating and nurturing work environment. TimelyCare also prioritizes open and transparent communication across all levels. Employees are well-informed about company updates and objectives. The work-life balance at TimelyCare has been fantastic as well!
