Company really provides top tier care to its patients.

The headline really says it all. Good mission: It’s hard to beat getting up in the morning and going to work to help improve students’ health and wellbeing. The company does well to support their people as well with nice benefits and they focus on maintaining a good culture. Great opportunity: the intersection of telehealth and higher ed seems to be enjoying support from two very stable foundations. Couple that with the ability to work on a new product with modern tools and languages and without legacy code - an engineer could hardly ask for a better situation. Fantastic team: as mentioned above, there is a company-wide focus on culture that is evident in day-to-day interactions across the entire org. Beyond that, the group of people I work with on a daily basis are the best group I’ve worked with in my career. The engineers are bright and willing to listen to feedback and iterate without ego, the product team is in constant communication/negotiation with tech as we work through roadmap items and and the leaders are all empathetic and committed to agilely developing the right product at the right time
