      Pros

      Collaboration, Ownership, Supporting, Unlimited PTO, Family Culture. TimelyCare truly values its employees by ensuring tools to succeed are there, leaders are positioned to support staff and have a clear vision of the future. Growth happens all the time here, employees are constantly recognized by awards and promotions! There is a solid support system in place when things get hard you always have someone to ask for help. On top of all the amazing benefits provided we also get full access to TimelyCare! It has been such a great time and a relief working here from previous employers.

      For A Mental Health Company They Don’t Care About The Mental Health of Their Employees

      Remote work, average benefits, unlimited PTO, office holidays.

      Cons

      Underpaid, fired without notice and in a traumatizing way. Collaboration could be better between teams and through top down management.

      They fire hard working employees without a warning. There is not much room for growth.
