TimelyCare is hands down the best company I have ever worked for! The company mission, culture and people are just a few of the reasons why I love this company. The impact TimelyCare is making on students health and well-being is unmatched. I am thankful for all of the opportunities this company has provided me with!

Work life balance, salary, culture, cross-collaboration, mental health days, flexible schedule

Cons

Before being laid off I would have 0 cons, however, the process of being laid off was TRAUMATIZING. Went into a meeting with HR (which was roughly 10 minutes), and 2 minutes after, was LOCKED out of my computer. No notice. Nothing. I loved this company with all of my heart, but for a mental health company, this was extremely dissapointing.

Used to have good people working here but most moved on or let go by dysfunctional leadership.

Cons

It’s a toxic mess. Another company making poor decisions and laying off people. I would avoid because it only seems to keep getting worse.
