The employees of timelymd really make it a great place to work. Without exception, the people I have work with are extremely competent and conscientious. Its great to work at a place that is working every day to help people stay healthy and live their best lives. That really is making the world a better place. The vast majority of employees work from home though there is a nice office in Fort Worth in the awesome Magnolia neighborhood.

Cons

Its hard to think of cons, but as a rapidly growing company timely is hiring a lot as well as building out new product features and offerings, so there is a lot of work to do.

I started at Timely back in 2019, and was one of the first 20 full-time hires. It has been a great experience - building out a new platform that will truly help students in need. The engineers I work with on a daily basis are gifted, intelligent, and passionate about their work. In fact, the entire company culture is very open and honest - a really good group of people with which to work

Cons

There are not many downsides to working here. Our CTO and the founders understand that we are humans and take care to help us when needed. They've built a strong culture here at Timely.
