      People that had been there for years complaining about benefits, new hires, management, etc. Bunch of people whining because they think they are entitled.

      All the overtime you can handle, and more overtime

      Cons

      Management. Having to use vacation time during unpaid shutdowns. Understaffed. Management doesn’t understand/care about employees family time.

      Great Atmosphere

      Pros

      The work culture at Timken World Headquarters is great. The atmosphere is relaxed. There are lots of cross functional teams and opportunities to move departments within your field which can help too mix things up. Vacation and scheduling of time off is super flexible which is a huge plus.

      Cons

      Direction can be kind of vague, especially on anything that requires customer feedback. Turnover had also been high leading to major knowledge gaps that make it hard too get direction, especially from managers that don't know their groups work/systems. It seems like there is a constant removing list of things being moved to the back burner, never to return.
