Cons

Unlimited PTO is a farce -dependent on clients Staffing company body drops you to clients and forgets Sudden layoffs (recent 80 or more) only "favorites" get placed HR and C exes are always busy and unreachable No internal communication of project ends or new opportunities

Poor Management and Communication

Pros

Pay is good, you get standard benefits. You are locally contracted out which requires minimal travel besides commute.

Cons

Commute was terrible. Poor communication at management level. Teams and individual positions are dissolved despite the years that the employees put in. Very unethical the position they dissolved is constantly posted to be filled again.

Pros

- If you're good at what you do and you become an essential part of the team, the job could pay well. - Depending on who you are, you may like it if you like slow-paced/chill development (it got old for me very quickly).

Cons

- The management team is really immature and inappropriate. It's a pretty superficial work environment. Don't expect to build strong relationships here. - From a tech perspective, you don't really learn much because you're working on the same monotonous project for an extended period of time. Super boring.
